Quite enjoyable right out of the box. Now listen, I’m a disabled vet and former paratrooper. I have worn everything up to Gen 3 NVG that cost as much as your car. This is NOT THAT. Not by a long shot. But for a beginner who wants to be able to see out into his fields at night without spending thousands of dollars, or see what kind of potential wildlife surrounds him out on a camping trip, this is a perfect beginner scope.

This night vision monocular is more than I expected. It’s an excellent night vision monocular. With this unit, I was able to pick up squirrel at 200 yards with the onboard IR. With an external attached IR, you can see as far as your light will shine. A great feature is being able to record everything you see. Videos can be streamed via cable and can quickly download to your computer. I’m tired of quarantine at home, and this unit gives me extra fun for observation at night animals with my family, somehow I will use it for night hunting. I am delighted with it.

Smooth zoom quality photos and. Movies. SD card should be at least 64 he’s if not bigger. Can easily see deer feeder 150yds from the back porch and beyond.

This thing is a great little camera, especially for the money! I was skeptical, but I was able to see the fence line in the back of my yard about 200′ away in pure darkness (1:30 AM in the country). I wish it had a rechargeable battery pack instead of running on 5 AA batteries, but rechargeable AA batteries will be going into this immediately!

Great unit for the money. Hits almost all the key points. Compact, lightweight, simple to use and effective. The only reason I give this a 4 and not a 5 is bc the screen is very tiny and since this needs eye relief of few inches the display screen being so small makes it hard to see details. However, the good outweighs the bad, and But wish they made this exact model with a slightly bigger screen.

Easy to navigate once you memorize which button is for what. There is no optical zoom, only digital, so the zoomed images are pixelated compared to regular and that’s ok.
The camera shoots both video and stills and can be used during daylight which is kind of an unexpected plus.
The IR has several stages of intensity but I found the highest modes to be somewhat toasty and unless you’re working in an environment where there is little to reflect the IR usually the lowest mode will suffice.

Great little tool. Use it to spot the coons and other small animals in my backyard. Works well for what I use it for but I have a very dark yard so not sure how it would do with other light interference. Nice and lightweight so you can hold it for a while. Also zooms nicely. You can see their faces up close. And have managed some good pictures while I was at it. Worth the money!

This is absolutely worth the money. The IR light works extremely well and reaches all the way down the street. The buttons are easy to use, the screen is clear and easy to see, and the IR light functions are cool because you can set the intensity of the light. This may not be some name brand like Bushnell but this one is worth spending the money on. I highly recommend this product; I cant wait to take it out to the desert.

I have wanted a night vision goggle/monocle for a long time. And with all the newfound Boredom I am not encountering due to the Coronavirus, I finally decided to pull the trigger. I like this thing a lot, it’s fun to be able to see things at night, it works better than the security camera that I have. You can record directly to an SD card if you want to which is cool. Overall it does exactly what its supposed to, allows you to see at night. My only complaint is that I wish that it had a rechargeable battery, it takes 5 AA batteries.

Honestly, with a 3x zoom starting point, and digital zoom beyond that out to 4x, it isn’t likely you are going to even be able to make out anything you see beyond 200 feet. For this ad to claim you can see out to 984 feet at night is insane. You aren’t even going to be able to see out to 984 feet in broad daylight at noon. But, this is still decent for a starter electronic night time monocular.

This night vision monocular is not very big, so it is easy to transport wherever you go. It fits in my hand nicely but I find it somewhat difficult to manipulate the buttons on the top. It has a manual focus ring at the front of the camera that is very easy to grab and manipulate. The camera does not have a lens zoom but the digital zoom works pretty well, with expected loss of quality. It takes five AA batteries and eventually I will probably get some rechargeable batteries for it. Overall the quality of the night vision is good and what I would expect for the price. I am using this camera when out on our lake at night to look for wildlife along the banks and so far it is working very well.

I compared this to the Bushnell Monocular that I currently own and I got to say this one Is better especially at night for a fraction of the price. I like that this unit is light, and all the buttons are within reach of my fingertips. The manual focus is great, my Bushnell has autofocus but it cant always focus properly. This one lets you manually adjust the focus, and this works much better when zooming in. Another great feature is the picture taking feature, I can imagine scenarios when this will come in handy. Lastly, the small LCD screen really does remove strain from my eyes when comparing to squinting with the Bushnell. This really is a handy and useful device; it should be considered among the top brands!

It’s good if you want to capture the video, but for clear video, it must be fixed on a tripod or something like this.

This night vision scope is pretty cool to check out the darkness around your yard and campsite. this is not a military quality night vision goggle but it is very precise in seeing things in the dark at close range. My kids and I have used this on numerous occasions to play hide and seek at night in our big dark back yard. they love it. THis is also something we have taken camping a lot to watch out for wildlife at night. cool device that offers some enjoyable times in the dark, would consider it for any night vision needs.

Functions well for the price. Takes 5aa, I’d suggest purchasing rechargeable AA to use with it because when you turn the IR full blast it tends to drain the batteries fairly quickly. Great for spotting coyotes around the neighborhood or in the stand.

So this is pretty neat. I picked this up to keep with my camping gear. I took it out to my back lot yesterday for a test run. And I can see across the lot and into the tree line. I was expecting picture quality of a cheaper security camera but it is a little better than that. Like I can easily read license plate numbers even in the dark. And I tell you what. Next midnight paintball war we have will have the edge posted up in a tree scouting other locations. Muah hahaha.
